**Just a warning, it kind of switches POV's a couple of times. I just wanted to point this out so no one gets confused! Okay, on to the next part you've been waiting for~
She started her car and was off, and he made it his job to know exactly where she was going dressed in that manner. He followed her car to the unknown destination, that turned out to be a small and somewhat busy cafe.
“What the hell is __y/n__ doing here?”
His pale brow furrowed as he slowly came closer to observe his kätzchen, burying himself in a group of large bushes close enough to keep an eye on her, but far enough away so she couldn’t see him . He huffed as he watched her being seated by a young man. Her face glowed with a large smile, and he felt his heart skip a beat. He brought a hand up to his chest and began to worry that his bad habits of doing nothing, sleeping, or drinking were catching up to him because of how his chest began to tighten and the fluttering feeling he felt in his abdomen lately. She sat alone, and she would occasionally glance down at her wristwatch to check the time. His heart began to ache at the sight of her sitting alone and HE wasn't there with her.
She looked around at the crowd and her gaze turned to where he had been hiding in the bushes and smiled brightly. Her hand was raised and frantically waved, he smiled and froze when he saw a young man run up to her and hold her close to his body. He felt a strange pain in his chest that replaced the uneven beating of his heart that was caused by her smile. He was fuming as he watched the young and extremely attractive young man embrace her and place butterfly kisses all over her round and glowing face. Her giggling reached his ears and caused his cheeks to flush and he quietly began to growl in jealousy.
“What the hell does he think he’s doing?! Hugging und kissing meine frau!” His nose scrunched in frustration while his face turned to a scowl and his brain was screaming at him to take revenge on the mysterious man holding the woman he had decided was his whether she liked it or not.
She glanced around once more, hoping he would show up soon, but she was used to him getting to something just a bit late. She glanced back to her watch and over towards the bushes, where she heard a bit of rustling. Her face lit up and her hand developed a mind of its own, waving as though her life depended on it. A smile lit her glowing face and she saw her cousin running up to her. He picked her up and held her close, sprinkling little kisses to her face.
“How’s my baby cousin __y/n__?”
She giggled and responded, “Just fine actually __c/n__. And you?”
“Oh, not much other than I got the job!”
“Really?! That’s great! I’m so happy for you!” She hugged him tighter and continued the conversation.
Being completely oblivious towards the fuming man in the bushes, she continued as though nothing were wrong, but she couldn’t shake the feeling of eyes studying her closely.
“Hey, you okay __y/n__?”
She snapped out of her trance, “Huh? What was that?”
“I just asked if you had a boyfriend.” Her cheeks flushed to a warm pink, “Well, looks like my little baby__y/n__’s growing up. Who’s the lucky guy?”
“I don’t have a boyfriend!”
“Then you like a guy,” Her cousin pressed.
She sunk a bit lower in her seat and avoided eye contact, her cousin sighed and ran his fingers through his hair, “Tell me the guy’s name.”
She sighed, knowing it would be pointless to even try to hide this from someone who knew her so well, “I-it starts with an ‘L’.”
“And let me guess. He works with you, lives by you, or both, but you’re too shy to do anything about it.” Her cheeks flushed a bit more as she nodded.
Lutz watched from the bushes and wiped a foreign liquid from his scarred cheek and his heart felt as though it would it would burst from all these feelings that were so new to him, he had felt something before, but never something this intense. He promised himself he would have her at all costs, and he would do anything to keep her by his side. His face turned hard and his violet orbs turned into icy shards as he took in the man’s features.
“This means war,” He quietly vowed to fight for his woman.
A/N: (I have this in the description, but I guess I need to make it more obvious. And there is some important information regarding any/all updates.)
PLEASE READ! I have been receiving messages to update this series, and I have been giving the same answer. I don't have time to update right now, and I have no inspiration to write for this right now. The more messages I get concerning about updating, the higher my level of anxiety I will have because I am disappointing my readers and I can't give them what they want even though I can't do it. I understand that you like it and would like me to update, but there are times where one must give priority to other things going on in the lovely thing that is life. So please, stop asking me to update.
I don't want to come off as rude, but I just can't update/upload as much as I'd like due to the circumstances that have presented themselves in my life. I will update when I can, but as I said before, I can't do it right now. My time on the internet has been cut significantly. I understand I haven't updated this in a while, but I simply can't write for this yet.
If I get another comment saying "Moar!" "Update Now!" or the famous "Moar Now!", I will cut the series short.
And please think/read the description before writing a comment. The example comments I provided make you sound quite rude to me and cause me to not want to update. I understand that you may not want to come off as rude with the comment you post, but all I'm trying to say is, think before you write.
Sorry again if I sound rude, but if I can't...I can't and I can't really do anything until I get inspiration. Sorry. ~Incendia
